Refund Policy - Subscriptions
Subscription Fees
The credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month. The subscription will renew until it is manually canceled by the client.
Train Like Athletes LLC may terminate the subscription if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
Canceling Account
You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page, by contacting Train Like Athletes LLC directly through the app, or by contacting Coach Hailey via email. Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will have access to our services for the remainder of your plan.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
